Good article. With researching to understand myself better, I had wondered why I bump my shoulders into door frames amongst other things. I have a terrible time parking my car straight etc. I was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago and the overlapping issue of navigation makes sense. I had correlated my muscle tension to just anxiety but now see another layer to this within your article. If you could respond with information related to my comment, I would appreciate it.

Post my skull hole repair damaged my vestibular system, permanent nonstop vertigo, no balance on my left side and deaf on the left all in a matter of hours....the on guard, hypervigilence, feel a target w my cane or walker.

Lost the on the go,athletic me....

..right side skull hole will never be repaired and the noise sesativity is all consuming w it.
